Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email confirmation with your order number. Once your order has been shipped, we'll email you with your Australia Post Tracking number.
Our products are sourced from collectors across Australia. From resellers to those looking to part ways with their beloved collection. We even receive items from our passionate team, most of whom are fashion fanatics who've been building their wardrobes for almost 30 years.
Our collection primarily consists of preloved clothing. From time to time, we receive items in their original, unopened packaging. We do not purchase directly from retail outlets.
A three-star quality rating system is used to describe the condition of all items across our product range. All items must meet a minimum quality standard to ensure consistent quality across our entire product range. If an item has an identifiable blemish, this will be made explicitly clear. Our product photos will also highlight any tears, holes, discolouration or stains.
